Throughout my years as a digital strategist, I have been responsible for leading and managing key client relationships, delivering digital excellence, growth and trust by building accounts through strategic planning, management and execution.
Working as a conduit for the wider agency team of creatives, developers, information architects and account managers; as well as client teams of managers, directors, board and project stakeholders: I act as a trusted partner to clients; providing expertise and advice across their market, competitor, analytics and communication challenges.
I have conducted and overseen regular digital content audits and analytic analysis for clients, alongside campaign management and analysis. Through monthly and quarterly meetings I've assesed their digital communication successes, issues and opportunities, to help grow reach through relevant and targeted content and communications. Outputs include content creation mapping, sourcing and writing for website updates; new feature and functionality content and design using in-house designer and developers; and ongoing campaign strategy advice.

Over the course of my 20 year career I have run various research activities including interviews, surveys, in-person and virtual workshops, keyword analysis, peer benchmarking, analytics analysis, content and experience audits and persona profile development.
Most recently I've undertaken a course in Behavioural Economics, run by Oglivy, which means I place people at the heart of the project, ensuring that the end outcome meets target audience needs, as well as the overarching business goals.
